Weak pressure systems affect the region
Weekend weather will be influenced by weak pressure systems affecting the area. A weak high-pressure system is temporarily in place but will gradually give way to weak low pressure. From Friday onwards, light dust is expected to be present in the atmosphere at times.
Clouds increasing through the day
Today, conditions will be mostly clear initially, gradually becoming mainly cloudy due to medium and high cloud cover. Winds will blow from the northeast to southeast, light at force 3 and locally moderate at force 4 Beaufort in windward areas. The sea will be slightly rough.
Temperatures will reach around 19°C inland and along the coast, and approximately 12°C in the higher mountainous areas.
Cloudy night and locally stronger winds
Tonight, the weather will remain mainly cloudy with medium and high clouds. Winds will continue from the northeast to southeast, light to moderate at 3 to 4 Beaufort, becoming temporarily strong at up to 5 Beaufort in windward areas. The sea will remain slightly rough, becoming rough at times in the southwest.
Temperatures will fall to around 11°C inland, 14°C along the coast and 6°C in the higher mountains.
Local rain possible over the weekend
On Friday and Saturday, weekend weather is expected to be intermittently mainly cloudy, with local rain at times. The possibility of an isolated thunderstorm cannot be ruled out.
Temperatures will record a slight drop on Friday, followed by a gradual rise over the weekend, reaching above seasonal averages.
