Vilnius airport runway closed – LOT plane veered off

A LOT Polish Airlines passenger aircraft veered off a taxiway today at Vilnius International Airport in Lithuania, forcing the complete shutdown of all traffic, airport authorities announced.

No injuries occurred, and all passengers from flight LO771 disembarked safely, the operator stated on Facebook.

The main runway will remain closed until 17:00 local time (also Greek time).
