The Cyprus Fire Service responded to 30 incidents over the past 24 hours, according to an official update from its Press Office.
Of these, 15 involved fires, 12 special services and three false alarms.
Among the incidents was a fire involving a private vehicle in Larnaca at approximately 1:19 a.m.
According to Fire Service spokesman Andreas Kettis, the vehicle was parked in a field next to a road when it caught fire.
The blaze caused extensive damage to the front of the vehicle, while a small area of dry grass nearby was also burned.
Two staffed fire engines responded to the scene and brought the fire under control, preventing it from spreading further. Larnaca Police subsequently took over responsibility for guarding the scene.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
