US Army Secretary Dan Driscoll arrived in Abu Dhabi on Monday for peace talks with the head of Ukraine’s military intelligence service and a Russian delegation, according to the Financial Times.
Driscoll and the Russian side began talks on Monday evening, the report says, citing two people familiar with the matter.
Reuters stated it was not immediately able to independently confirm the information.
