US Ambassador welcomes USNS Laramie docking at Limassol port

Date:

The USNS Laramie, a US replenishment vessel, is docked in the port of Limassol, with US Ambassador Julie Fisher welcoming its arrival in a post on platform X.

“We welcome the USNS Laramie to Limassol for scheduled maintenance and well-earned rest for the crew,” the post reads.

Named after the US Laramie River, the ship is crucial in maintaining the readiness of the US naval forces in Europe, providing fuel to ships and aircraft at sea, the post concludes.
