Ukraine drones hit Tuapse Port, gas line

Date:

Ukrainian drones raided Tuapse, a Russian Black Sea port in the Krasnodar region, damaging port facilities and a gas pipeline in a residential area early in the morning. Local authorities reported via Telegram that no injuries were noted initially. Emergency teams dispatched for repairs.

Moscow power outages follow

Over 100,000 Moscow-area residents lost electricity yesterday due to a substation fire from a cable blaze, per the Ramenskoye district. Zhukovsky and Litkarino communities were also affected. Ukrainian drone swarm reported simultaneously; authorities restoring power swiftly.

Russian air defenses active

Russian forces downed over 100 Ukrainian drones in four hours yesterday afternoon. Most intercepted in Bryansk; eight destroyed near Moscow, three heading to the capital. Mayor Sergei Sobyanin confirmed further interceptions; Moscow airports were suspended briefly.

Ukraine launches near-daily deep strikes targeting oil/gas infrastructure to disrupt Russian military logistics and revenue.

Asymmetric drone campaign

Analysts note Ukrainian drone damage smaller scale than Russian strikes on Ukraine, invaded nearly three years ago.
