Rapid developments have emerged in the murder case of 45-year-old Yiannos Argyrou in Limassol.
Police arrested a 51-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman on Sunday afternoon as part of the ongoing investigation into the killing. The suspects are in custody for questioning.
Argyrou was found dead early Sunday morning inside the garage of an apartment building in Limassol. Authorities were alerted at around 09:35. Upon arrival, police discovered the body bearing multiple injuries to various parts of the body and neck, with no signs of life.
Forensic examiners Angeliki Papetta and Orthodoxos Orthodoxou confirmed that the victim had suffered wounds caused by a sharp object. Limassol CID continues to investigate the case.
