U.S. President Donald Trump said on Friday that Iran has been “completely defeated” and is “begging” for a deal, but added that he himself does not want such an agreement, two weeks after the outbreak of the war that has set the Middle East ablaze.
“Fake news media hate reporting how well the American military has done against Iran, which is completely defeated and wants a deal but not a deal that I would accept!” Trump wrote on Truth Social, without providing further details.
