A traffic accident occurred in the early hours of Sunday on the motorway near the GSP stadium. Authorities report that the incident involved a truck colliding with a stationary police vehicle.
According to police, the truck driver entered the safety lane where the police car was parked, resulting in the collision. Two police officers were inside the vehicle at the time.
Hospitalisation and health update
Both the police officers and the truck driver were taken to hospital. Authorities confirmed that their health is not considered at risk.
The truck driver underwent both alcohol and drug tests, with results confirmed negative.
