The Cyprus weather forecast indicates mainly clear conditions today, according to the Meteorological Service. Winds will blow mainly northwesterly to northerly, light to moderate at 3 to 4 Beaufort, and locally stronger up to 4 to 5 Beaufort on exposed coasts.
Temperatures will reach 14°C inland, around 16°C on coasts, and 3°C in higher mountains, with local frost possible. Seas will be slightly rough, slightly rough to rough on exposed areas initially.
Evening and coming days
Tonight Cyprus weather remains mainly clear, with winds northwesterly to northeasterly, light and locally moderate at 3 to 4 Beaufort. Temperatures drop to 6°C inland, around 7°C in south and east coasts, 8°C west and north coasts, and minus 2°C in higher mountains, with frost in mountains and semi-mountains.
Thursday stays mainly clear.
Friday turns partly cloudy with isolated light showers possible.
Saturday features intermittent clouds and local rain, mainly in mountains, with snow or sleet possible at higher elevations. Temperatures gradually rise to near or slightly above average.
