Weak high pressure is affecting the region.
Today, the weather will initially be mainly clear, although after midday locally increased cloud is likely to bring isolated showers, mainly in the mountains.
Winds will initially be variable and light, at 3 Beaufort, gradually becoming mainly south-westerly to north-westerly, light to moderate, at 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be slight to locally slight. Temperatures will rise to 26C inland, 22C on the west coast, around 24C on the remaining coasts, and 14C in the higher mountains.
Tonight, the weather will be mainly clear. Winds will blow north-westerly to north-easterly, and on the northern coast south-easterly, light, at 3 Beaufort. The sea will be calm to slight. Temperatures will fall to 12C inland, around 14C on the coasts, and 7C in the higher mountains.
On Friday and over the weekend, the weather will be mainly clear. On Saturday and Sunday, light dust may be present in the atmosphere.
Temperatures are expected to rise gradually and noticeably over the three-day period, climbing above average for the time of year.
