Paralimni Marina final phase, boosting local tourism & economy

Date:

The Paralimni Marina, the largest flagship infrastructure project of the Paralimni-Deryneia Municipality, has entered its final phase, marking a new era of development for Famagusta, the municipality announced.

The construction team has completed all port works, while crews continue building the commercial and residential areas at a fast pace according to schedule.

The municipality expects the building housing Police and Customs services, along with the marina’s fuel station, to open next month.

The local authorities said the marina is a large, complex, and strategically important project. They expect it to enhance the quality of the tourism product, strengthen the local economy, and boost the overall development of the municipality and wider region, positioning Paralimni as a modern, international maritime tourism destination.
