The Geological Survey Department confirmed a 3.6 magnitude earthquake hit at 19:36 local time on Wednesday 3 December 2025.
- Epicentre: Pissouri area, 30 km west of Limassol
- Focal depth: 15 km
- Felt mainly in Paphos and Limassol provinces
Aftershocks continue, with the strongest at 3.0 magnitude recorded at 04:20 this morning (4 December), lightly felt locally.
