Office of high school principal set on fire in Nicosia

A fire broke out at a high school in the Nicosia district this morning, which is believed to have been started maliciously.

According to information from the police, the fire was reported around 6:15 AM.

Authorities arrived at the scene and found that the fire was concentrated in the principal’s office. Remarkably, the fire extinguished itself before spreading to other parts of the school.

Preliminary investigations suggest that the fire was set deliberately.
The Nicosia Crime Investigation Department (ΤΑΕ) is continuing its examination of the scene.
