Wanted man located and taken into custody
A Nicosia arrest was carried out after police located and detained a 47-year-old man who had been wanted in connection with an ongoing investigation.
According to police, the suspect was sought to facilitate investigations into a case involving multiple offences, including conspiracy to commit a misdemeanour and obstruction of justice, as well as interference with judicial proceedings.
The offences under investigation are alleged to have been committed on 9 January 2026 in the district of Nicosia.
The 47-year-old was located, arrested and taken into custody, with investigations continuing.
