A mystery surrounds the pink glow that appeared in the skies over Cyprus in the early hours of Sunday, 8 December.
According to members of the Cyprus Weather Enthusiasts group, the phenomenon lasted for 5 to 7 minutes. Initially, it appeared triangular and green, but after a flash, it turned pink and round.
It’s worth noting that many members of the group recorded the phenomenon and shared their testimonies in subsequent discussions.
Experts told SigmaLive that, at first glance, the glow appears to be linked to the conflict in Israel and is likely artificial. They speculated that something may have launched, leaving gases behind after takeoff.
There is also speculation that it could have been a space launch from Israel or the destruction of something that created this phenomenon.
