This is the essence of the Madame Figaro Women of the Year Awards.
The Madame Figaro Women of the Year Awards have now become an established institution, serving as a tribute to the creativity and contributions of remarkable Cypriot women to society. Through their work in business, science, and culture, these women stand as inspiring role models.
Over the past 20 years, the Madame Figaro awards have honoured, highlighted, and rewarded the women of Cyprus who—through dedication, innovation, inventiveness, talent, and multifaceted character—have made, and continue to make, a lasting impact in their respective fields. Since 2005, more than 924 women have been nominated, 182 have received awards, 48 have received honorary recognition, and €172,125 has been allocated to charitable causes.
Madame Figaro Women of the Year Awards 2025, presented by Estée Lauder, aim to highlight and honour Cypriot women who have excelled, stood out, dared, succeeded, and become not only a source of inspiration for creating life—but a source of life itself.
As every year, Madame Figaro, with the support of a dedicated committee formed exclusively for this purpose, selected the five final nominees in each category. Each of these women stands as a shining example for our society and a valuable role model for future generations.

The evaluation period covers achievements between February 2024 and March 2025.
The public is invited to actively participate in selecting the Madame Figaro Women of the Year 2025, presented by Estée Lauder, by choosing the leading women among equals and honouring them with their vote.
Voting opens on 4 June and closes on 25 July 2025.

The Madame Figaro Women of the Year Awards 2025 ceremony will take place on 14 October 2025, in a glamorous event celebrating the achievements of exceptional women. As in previous years, the evening will have a charitable character, with all proceeds from ticket sales being donated to the foundation selected by the winner of the OPAP – Social Contribution category.
