A luxury vehicle owned by a 54-year-old man was completely destroyed in a fire early Wednesday in Likavitos.
Fire outbreak and response
Police reported the fire broke out around 03:00. Firefighters from Pyli Paphou and Kaïmakli stations responded with three fire engines and brought the blaze under control by 03:24.
Damage caused
The fire caused extensive damage to the car and affected two nearby vehicles. Metal doors of storage units in the parking area also suffered damage.
Investigation ongoing
Members of the Nicosia CID (TAE) are investigating the cause of the fire. Authorities continue to examine the scene to determine whether the fire was accidental or deliberate.
