Limassol scooter accident leaves 26-year-old in critical condition

A 26-year-old woman sustained serious injuries after colliding with a car in Limassol early yesterday morning.

Police reported that at around 08:00, a 52-year-old woman driving her car on Nikou Pattichi Street collided with the electric scooter ridden by the 26-year-old, under circumstances that remain under investigation.

The young woman was rushed to a Limassol hospital, where doctors confirmed she suffered multiple skull fractures. She was intubated and remains under close medical care. Her condition is critical.

Limassol Traffic Police continue to investigate the incident to determine the exact cause of the collision.
