Limassol delivery attack shocks city

Delivery driver assaulted and robbed

Police are investigating a violent robbery in Limassol after an attack on a 20-year-old food delivery driver late at night.

According to the complaint, the incident occurred at around 10:25pm on Patriarchou Fotiou Street in the Kato Polemidia area of Limassol.

Attack carried out by four suspects

The victim reported that four individuals riding a motorcycle approached him while he was also on his motorbike.

The suspects allegedly kicked his motorcycle, causing him to fall to the ground. They then proceeded to punch him before stealing cash he had in his pocket.

Suspects wore hoods

The attackers were reportedly wearing hoods, making identification more difficult.

Despite the violent nature of the assault, the victim did not wish to undergo a medical examination.

Police investigation ongoing

The case is being investigated by the Limassol Criminal Investigation Department (CID), with authorities working to identify and locate the suspects involved in the robbery.
