Legal notice targets social posts – Pre-trial protocol sent to Tsikini

Date:

The law firm A. & A. K. Emilianides, K. Katsaros & Associates D.E.P.E. sent a pre-trial legal notice to Nikoletta Tsikini on behalf of their client Philippa Karsera.

The legal notice demands deletion and cessation of social media posts deemed groundless, damaging, and defamatory against Karsera.

These publications from various dates exceed acceptable public discourse limits and fall outside freedom of expression protections under case law.

The protocol requires immediate termination of similar posts and deletion of existing ones. Failure to comply will trigger further legal action, according to the firm’s announcement.

The move follows client instructions under Civil Procedure Rules.
