Larnaca: 20 bullets found in General Hospital toilets

Police in Larnaca were alerted yesterday when bullets were discovered in the women’s toilets of Larnaca General Hospital.

According to CNA sources, the bullets were found in a plastic bag around midday.

Giorgos Charalambous, head of the Larnaca CID, confirmed that authorities recovered 20 bullets. These included dummy rounds, some unfired bullets, and a few live cartridges. The bullets were collected for forensic and other examinations to determine how they ended up in the hospital toilets.
