Karpasia: Three Greek Cypriots injured in crash that killed motorcyclist

A 41-year-old motorcyclist has died in a fatal crash in Karpasia involving a vehicle carrying three Greek Cypriots.

A fatal crash in occupied Karpasia occurred on Sunday afternoon, involving a vehicle carrying three Greek Cypriots and resulting in the death of a 41-year-old Turkish Cypriot motorcyclist. According to Turkish Cypriot media, the fatal crash in Karpasia happened shortly before 3pm, when the 41-year-old reportedly lost control of his motorcycle. As he entered a turn, he crossed into the opposite lane and collided with the vehicle carrying the three Greek Cypriots.

The three passengers were taken to a hospital in occupied Famagusta, where they remain under treatment. Authorities continue to investigate the fatal crash in Karpasia and assess the circumstances.
