Kapnos shuttle adds routes, offers free parking and child tickets

Date:

Cyprus transport services are being strengthened as new Kapnos shuttle routes increase connectivity between major airports and key tourist destinations.

Kapnos Airport Shuttle has announced a significant upgrade to its schedule, improving links between Paphos Airport, Larnaca Airport and its Nicosia station, alongside enhanced connections to popular coastal areas.

The expansion aims to better serve rising passenger demand during the busy tourism season.

Improved connections via Larnaca Airport

The updated Kapnos shuttle routes include strengthened direct services between Paphos Airport and both Nicosia and Larnaca Airport.

In addition, passengers travelling to Ayia Napa and Protaras will benefit from increased frequency and improved transfer options via Larnaca Airport, supporting smoother travel for international arrivals and departures.

The company said the changes are designed to enhance flexibility and convenience for travellers across Cyprus.

Focus on passenger experience and affordability

According to the company’s Chief Executive Officer Charalambos Anastasiou, the expanded Kapnos shuttle routes provide passengers with more options, higher frequency and improved service reliability.

He also highlighted additional benefits such as free parking in Nicosia and free transport for children up to 12 years old on Paphos Airport routes, making travel more cost-effective for families.

Supporting tourism demand in Cyprus

The Kapnos shuttle routes expansion comes as Cyprus continues to experience strong tourism flows, particularly between coastal resorts and the island’s two main airports.

The improved network is expected to support smoother mobility for both tourists and residents, while easing pressure on private transport during peak travel periods.

More information, full timetables and online ticket bookings are available via the company’s official website: Kapnos Airport Shuttle.

Strengthening island-wide connectivity

Transport officials and service providers continue to focus on improving island-wide connectivity, with airport shuttle services playing a key role in linking urban centres with tourism hotspots.

The latest Kapnos shuttle routes updates are part of broader efforts to modernise travel infrastructure and improve accessibility across Cyprus.
