Larnaca has a new hotel option on its seafront, with the fully renovated ibis Styles Larnaca Finikoudes Beach opening its doors near the popular Finikoudes promenade.
The 47-room hotel brings the Accor brand’s approach to affordable accommodation and design to the heart of the city, drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean setting and the character of the coastal area.
Located just steps from the beach and promenade, the hotel combines a seaside location with easy access to nearby cafes, restaurants and local attractions.

47 rooms with city and sea views
The hotel offers 47 rooms across different categories, some featuring balconies overlooking the city or the Mediterranean.
Its Premium Sea View rooms include larger private balconies and panoramic views of the sea.
Six connecting rooms are also available for families and groups travelling together. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.

F&G Hospitality expands its partnership with Accor
The hotel is operated by F&G Hospitality under a franchise agreement with Accor.
The opening expands the companies’ existing partnership in Cyprus, with F&G Hospitality also operating Mercure Larnaca Beach Resort and Mercure Larnaca Finikoudes Beach.
For Accor, the new hotel reflects confidence in Larnaca’s potential as a destination, combining its seafront location, local identity and international connectivity.
Marc Serarols, SVP Franchise Operations for the Mediterranean and North Africa across Accor’s Premium, Midscale and Economy brands, said the opening strengthened the group’s presence in the Cypriot market and continued its collaboration with F&G Hospitality.
Hotel manager Elena Stylianou said the aim was to create a hospitality space with a strong connection to Finikoudes. The beach, promenade and everyday atmosphere of the area were key references in the hotel’s redesign.
