Cyprus-Greece intergovernmental summit underway

At 10:45, Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis arrived at the Presidential Palace, where he was welcomed by the President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides.

The President of the Republic and the Greek Prime Minister held a one-on-one meeting as part of the Cyprus-Greece Intergovernmental Summit. Prior to this, there were parallel bilateral meetings between Ministers of the two Governments who are participating in the summit.

The plenary session of the Summit will follow, with the participation of both the President of the Republic and the Greek Prime Minister, as well as Ministers from the two Governments.

At 12:30, President Christodoulides and Prime Minister Mitsotakis are expected to make joint statements to the media.

Subsequently, at 13:00, King Abdullah of Jordan is scheduled to arrive at the Presidential Palace for the Cyprus-Greece-Jordan Trilateral Summit.
