Halloween takes a dive at MUSAN in Ayia Napa

Date:

Halloween took on an unusual underwater twist on 31 October 2026, as a group of divers celebrated the spooky occasion at the Museum of Underwater Sculpture Ayia Napa (MUSAN).

Dressed in Halloween costumes, participants took the festivities beneath the waves, combining diving with some of the season’s best-loved traditions. The celebration included a special underwater version of “Trick or Treat”, as well as carving a Halloween pumpkin on the seabed.

The unusual festivities did not stop there. In true Halloween party spirit, the divers also opened and enjoyed champagne underwater, making for a memorable way to mark the occasion.

The event brought together diving and Halloween fun in a unique setting, turning MUSAN’s underwater world into the backdrop for an unconventional celebration.
