A clash occurred at 7 a.m. on Thursday in Old Nicosia.
According to the Police, a group of foreign nationals were involved in an altercation at Solomou Square.
Police officers rushed to the scene and arrested three individuals, including a 15-year-old minor.
Those involved in the incident sustained minor scratches.
The Police are continuing their investigations.
