The Fire Service informs the public that, as part of the training programme for Probationary Firefighters, a “Sewer Search and Rescue” exercise will take place tomorrow, Friday, 10 January 2024, between 09:30 and 12:30. The exercise will be conducted by the Fire Service Probationary Firefighters’ School in the Kaimakli (SOPAZ) area in the Nicosia district.
The public is advised that there will be a mobilisation of fire service vehicles in the area during the stated date and times. There is absolutely no cause for concern.
