The Public Works Department has announced temporary roadworks on the Nicosia–Limassol and Nicosia–Larnaca motorways in both directions.
The works, which began on Monday, August 31, will continue until Thursday, September 3, between 9am and 3pm.
Damaged barriers in the central reservations of the Nicosia motorways will be replaced during the works.
Fast lane closures
During the works, the fast lane will be closed in sections. Warning signs, safety cones and illuminated arrows will be used to guide motorists through the affected areas.
The Public Works Department has apologised for the unavoidable inconvenience and called on drivers to exercise caution and comply with temporary road signs and instructions from the Police.
