€10,000 worth of gold jewellery stolen from Kofinou residence

Police are investigating the theft of jewellery valued at €10,000 from a residence in Kofinou following a complaint.

According to police, a woman reported to the Kofinou police station at 6:20 pm on Sunday that “between 8:30 am and 11:30 am on 12 November, while she was absent from her home, an unknown individual or individuals entered and stole jewellery worth €10,000 from a bedroom cabinet.”

Police reported that there were no signs of forced entry.

The house is not equipped with surveillance cameras or an alarm system, it was noted.

The Kofinou Police Station is conducting an investigation.
