The largest gastronomic institution in Cyprus returns to highlight the island’s best restaurants, celebrating 20 years of success.
The Cyprus Eating Awards, the premier culinary event in Cyprus, is back to once again reward the top restaurants on the island. This year marks a special milestone as the institution celebrates 20 years of successful achievements and accolades. Over the years, the awards have played a significant role in enhancing and improving the gastronomic and dining landscape of Cyprus.
The awards are presented by Nespresso and organised by Check In Cyprus.
The awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday, 11 February 2024, at the Parklane, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Limassol.
The journey of the institution, which began in 2005, aimed to elevate the standards of dining in Cyprus. Each year, the award categories adapt to reflect the latest trends in the dining sector, both in Cyprus and abroad. The Check In Cyprus team, along with a 41-member committee comprising professionals, gastronomy experts, journalists, oenologists, and food enthusiasts from across the island, analysed this year’s gastronomic scene. They concluded the process with an online vote to shortlist the leading restaurants across Cyprus as nominees for the competition.
