Contract Signed for Maintenance of Refugee Housing Estates in Limassol and Paphos

On Wednesday, the Department of Town Planning and Housing signed a contract for the general maintenance of government housing estates in the Limassol and Paphos districts. The contract, with a duration of 24 months, amounts to €1,894,000 plus VAT.

According to an announcement by the Department, as reported by the Press and Information Office (PIO), the project, titled “General Maintenance of Government Housing Estates in Limassol and Paphos Districts 2024-2026,” includes general maintenance work on residential units in refugee housing estates in these districts. The work focuses on ensuring the safety and health of the refugees residing there.

The contract was signed at the Department’s headquarters between its directors and representatives of the company Christodoulos Paschalis Ltd.
