Two dead, five injured in Toronto festival shooting:
Two people were killed and five others injured in a shooting in Toronto, Canada, on Saturday, police said.
According to Canadian television reports, a gunman opened fire on St Clair Avenue during a salsa music festival.
A large police presence has been deployed in the area as officers search for the suspect.
Authorities have urged members of the public to avoid the area and follow police instructions.
