Attack at Gabriel’s home – CCTV video released

Date:

Police investigate material and witness statements regarding firecrackers thrown at painter George Gabriel’s home.

‘Dialogos’ released Gabriel firecracker video capturing the moment of the throw at the artist’s house.

Police preliminary update confirms two factory-made paper firecrackers containing low-yield pyrotechnic explosive material.

Police spokesperson Vyron Vyronos told ‘Protoselido’: “Even low-power paper firecrackers demand utmost seriousness from the CID. The home has CCTV surveillance, and examinations continue.”

Speaking to RIK, he added perpetrators appear as two individuals on a motorcycle.

Prior threats linked to Paphos exhibition

Reactions surfaced in recent days over Gabriel’s exhibition and a publicized collage photo of his works at a Paphos gallery.
