On the 3rd of October, Limassol welcomes the official opening of all 10 culinary destinations of ARARAT – The Signature Collection — a landmark moment where gastronomy becomes an art of living.
Already open to guests, Cloud9 has become the favourite fine dining experience of Limassol, celebrated for its unique culinary vision and for having a new Michelin-starred Guest Chef every two months. Over the course of their two-month residency, each Guest Chef creates a new menu every month.
The culinary vision of ARARAT is shaped by Reto H. Mathis, one of Europe’s most renowned Gastronomy advisors, with a legacy spanning St. Moritz, international events, and collaborations with global personalities. With over 60 years of family tradition in haute gastronomy, Mathis brings together authentic Mediterranean flavours with the elegance of Alpine finesse.
From intimate dining to grand occasions, he curates 10 distinct gastronomic experiences, each with its own atmosphere and character, including Cloud9:
• Little Italy – Authentic Italian–Mediterranean cuisine, where tradition is born around the table.
• Balik Bar & Caviar House – An exclusive champagne and caviar experience (including gold caviar), featuring Balik smoked salmon.
• ARARAT Lounge – A premium lounge with refined single malts and cocktails in a sophisticated club-style setting.
• Amorevino – A wine bar with a curated collection of fine wines, crafted to elevate every tasting moment.
• La Piazza – A vibrant meeting place where friends and families celebrate La Dolce Vita.
• Giulietta Garden – A serene garden oasis for al fresco dining and toasting magical moments.
• Bocconcini – Italian delicatessen treasures: fresh breads, handmade pasta, gelato, and gourmet delicacies to enjoy on site or to take away.
