A vehicle was extensively damaged in a fire in Moni, Limassol district, on Wednesday evening, with the heat also damaging the exterior door of a nearby home.
According to the Fire Service, the emergency call was received at 8.41pm and two fire engines from the Agios Nikolaos Fire Station responded.
Cause of fire under investigation
Firefighters brought the blaze under control at 9.09pm.
The vehicle sustained extensive damage from the flames and heat, while the exterior door of the residence was also affected.
The cause of the fire will be investigated in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
