A brawl involving a group of foreign nationals caused disruption in Xylofagou on Wednesday night, with up to 20 people reportedly carrying knives, hammers, and other weapons.
According to initial information, between 15 and 20 people were allegedly involved in the Xylofagou brawl.
Those involved were reportedly carrying stones, crowbars, hammers, knives and wooden clubs.
Parked vehicle damaged during incident
A vehicle parked in the area was damaged during the altercation.
Police said they received information at around 10:00 pm regarding a brawl on a road in Xylofagou.
However, by the time officers arrived at the scene, those involved had already left the area.
Only the damaged vehicle was found at the scene.
Police continue investigations
No arrests have been made so far.
Police are continuing investigations to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident and identify those involved.
