Date:

The United States will provide Ukraine with a new military aid package valued at approximately $725 million to bolster its fight against Russian forces, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced today.

The new aid package includes Stinger missiles, HIMARS rocket systems, drones, and mines, according to the Secretary of State.

With 50 days remaining before the inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump, the Biden administration aims to ensure Ukraine has the resources it needs to defend against Russian attacks, as Blinken emphasised in a statement.
