A fire broke out on Tuesday evening at an abandoned restaurant in the Governor’s Beach area of Limassol district.
According to the Fire Service, the call was received at 19:42. The blaze initially started in a pergola before spreading to a small adjoining wooden room.
The Vasiliko Fire Station responded to the incident, with firefighters bringing the Governor’s Beach fire under control by 20:22.
Authorities said the cause of the fire will be investigated in cooperation with the relevant departments.
