Bus driver hospitalised after attack from passenger

An attack left a bus driver hospitalised with head injuries after he was assaulted by a passenger on Sunday night (12/4), according to Police.

Authorities said the passenger attacked the driver under circumstances that remain under investigation.

Driver treated for head injuries

The driver was taken to hospital, where he is receiving treatment for injuries to his head and knee.

Doctors are expected to carry out an MRI scan to further assess his condition.

No arrests made so far

Police have not made any arrests in connection with the bus driver attack at this stage, as investigations continue.
