Cloudy conditions and local rain expected
Cyprus weather today will be marked by periods of increased cloud cover, expected to bring local showers and isolated thunderstorms, mainly after midday.
According to the forecast, hail is also possible in areas affected by thunderstorms.
Winds and temperature levels
Winds will be light to strong, ranging between 3 and 5 Beaufort, while the sea will be slight to rough.
Temperatures in Cyprus today are expected to rise to 23°C inland, as well as in the southeast and east coasts, around 22°C in the rest of the coastal areas, and 13°C in the mountains.
Weather outlook for tonight
During the night, increased cloud cover will be observed mainly in western areas, where isolated showers or thunderstorms are expected.
Winds will ease slightly, blowing light to moderate at 3 to 4 Beaufort, with the sea remaining slight to rough.
Tomorrow’s forecast
Tomorrow, the weather will be mostly clear. However, locally increased cloud cover in the morning may still bring isolated showers in the western parts of the island.
