Military warns of intensified attacks

The Iranian military has pledged early on Monday that any attacks by the US or Israel targeting civilian infrastructure in the Islamic Republic will be met with “even more destructive” retaliation. A military spokesperson stated that future operations would be far more extensive, with casualties and damage potentially multiplied tenfold.

Tehran gas supply disrupted

Meanwhile, parts of Tehran have been without natural gas since Sunday due to an airstrike hitting Sharif University of Technology. The attack damaged a nearby gas distribution facility, cutting supply to the surrounding area, according to state broadcaster IRIB.

IRIB statement

IRIB described the strike as conducted by “American-Zionists” targeting the university and affecting the local gas distribution network, causing widespread service interruptions. Authorities are assessing the impact and repairing the damaged infrastructure.
