Police respond to suspected shooting
Limassol authorities are investigating an incident in which a restaurant may have been targeted by gunfire. The Limassol CID (ΤΑΕ) has taken the lead in examining the circumstances.
Scene secured and evidence collected
According to police reports, around 22:50 yesterday, a restaurant employee discovered damage to the establishment’s glass display and found a bullet casing on the street, suggesting a firearm had been discharged.
Officers quickly secured the area for forensic examination. The bullet casing was collected as evidence to support the ongoing investigation.
Investigation ongoing
The Limassol CID continues to investigate the incident to identify the suspect and determine the motives behind the shooting. Authorities urge anyone with information to come forward.
