Gunmen open fire on two homes in Ayia Napa

Police in the Famagusta district are investigating a case of gunfire targeting residential properties in Ayia Napa. The incidents occurred around 2 a.m. today.

Multiple shots fired at two houses

The homes of a 67-year-old and a 60-year-old, located on the same street, were targeted. Preliminary police examinations indicate that three shots were fired at the first house and four at the second, all from a firearm.

The gunfire caused damage to the walls of both houses. No injuries have been reported.

Investigation ongoing

The Famagusta CID continues to carry out investigations to identify the perpetrators and the circumstances surrounding the attack.
