Woman found unconscious in Amathounta
A woman was found unconscious at around 11:50am on Wednesday on the pavement in the Amathounta district of Limassol, according to police information.
Citizens who noticed the woman lying on the ground alerted the authorities. Police officers and an ambulance rushed to the scene shortly after the report.
Death confirmed at Limassol hospital
The woman was transported to Limassol General Hospital, where doctors confirmed her death. Her identity has not yet been officially announced.
Police investigations ongoing
Police are conducting examinations to determine the exact circumstances of the incident. Authorities have not ruled out any possibilities at this stage.
