A 26-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday in connection with an attempted murder case in Nicosia, involving a 21-year-old victim, police said. The incident occurred on Tuesday.
Police investigation and arrest warrants
Following collected testimony, police secured arrest warrants for two individuals, aged 25 and 26. The 26-year-old was apprehended yesterday and is expected to appear before the Nicosia District Court for remand proceedings.
Search for second suspect
The second suspect, aged 25, remains at large as authorities continue their investigation. The Nicosia CID is actively pursuing leads and gathering evidence in relation to the attempted murder.
