Cyprus Police have reported rock and soil landslides on the following Troodos roads, urging drivers to exercise extreme caution:
- Pedoulas–Kykkos–Kambos
- Kykkos–Tsakkistra
- Kambos–Orkondas
- Orkondas–Kato Pyrgos
Icy Troodos roads this morning
As of around 6:30 this morning, icy conditions have been observed on the following roads, making the surfaces dangerously slippery:
- Prodromos–Lemythou
- Prodromos–Platres
- Kakopetria–Pinewood–Pedoulas
- Kakopetria–Karvounas
Police advice for drivers
The Cyprus Police advise all motorists travelling on these routes to adhere strictly to the Highway Code and traffic signs to prevent accidents and ensure road safety.
