Duties for businesses

RTD urges manufacturers, agents, distributors, importers, and sellers who supplied or offer these products in Cyprus to notify the Department immediately. They must recall products as per legislation.

Consumer advice

Consumers with these vehicles or motorcycles should contact the manufacturer, agent, or distributor for instructions. Where needed, stop using parts immediately, return items to the seller (if possible), and inform them.

If a business refuses these rights, consumers should file a written complaint with the Consumer Protection Service via www.consumer.gov.cy.

For more information, contact RTD or email [email protected].
