Car fire damages 71-year-old’s vehicle in Flassou

Around 01:00 early this morning, a fire broke out in a car owned by a 71-year-old man in Flassou. The blaze caused extensive damage to the vehicle. The owner managed to extinguish the flames himself before firefighters arrived.

Fire Extinguished, Probe Continues

The Fire Service did not need to intervene as the fire was already put out upon their arrival. The extent of the damage has not yet been calculated. The Traffic Police Department of Morphou is conducting examinations, which will resume with first light.

Ongoing Investigations
